• ✅ 3+ years of project management experience in tech or digital product development
• ✅ Proven track record managing cross-functional remote teams
• ✅ Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies
• ✅ Strong organizational and time-management skills
• ✅ Hands-on experience with project tools like ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or Trello
• ✅ Familiarity with SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle)
• ✅ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• ✅ Ability to break down complex goals into clear, actionable tasks
• ✅ Understanding of basic frontend/backend development concepts
• ✅ Ability to work remotely in the EET (UTC+2) time zone

🎯 Your Role
• 📋 Project Ownership – Plan, execute, and deliver digital projects on time and within scope
• 🔄 Team Coordination – Manage developers, designers, and QA engineers through clear communication
• 🧭 Agile Management – Run daily standups, sprints, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
• 📊 Reporting – Track progress and communicate risks, timelines, and blockers to stakeholders
• 🧩 Problem Solving – Identify inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
• 🗂️ Documentation – Maintain clear project documentation and internal knowledge base
• 🤝 Client/Stakeholder Communication – Serve as the bridge between business goals and tech execution
